QUALITY LIST

1.     STRUCTURE
- Base made with reinforced concrete joints and the rest of the structure in reinforced concrete with beams, and steel and concrete as project.
2.     CLOSINGS, BRICK WALLS AND ROOF.
- The outside closing will be made with brick, air chamber and soundproof insulation and brick wall.
- Inside walls will be made with ceramic bricks.
- Flat roof with ceramic floor tiles and roofs with old-fashioned mixed ceramic roof tiles.
3.     OUTSIDE FINISHES
- The facade outside rendered will be done with Arabic bricks and Gotegran to provide maintenance free.
- Marble drains in all the windows and outside balconies.
- Wooden beams above the porch area and decorative items around the front roof.
- Grilles for downstairs window.

4.     INSIDE RENDERED
- Projected plaster for all walls.
- First quality floor and wall tiles (in the kitchen and bathroom).

5.     INSIDE FINISHES
- White matt plastic coated paint.
- Outside carpentry in white lacquered aluminium, double glazing Climalit brand.
- Front door in PVC or steel in white; inside doors lacquered in white.
- Fitted kitchen lacquered in white with granite work top and stainless steel sink. 
-Inside granite staircase with a wooden handrail lacquered in white.

6.     INSTALLATIONS
- Community aerial and new established telecommunication rules.
- Cold and hot water plumbing with copper piping and PVC pipes on the outside drains.
-Ceramic bathroom fittings in white colour, GALA model and chromed control taps in bathroom, shower room and kitchen. 
-Shower and bathroom with built-in mirror around a decorative border. 
-White goods included: Worktop, oven, fridge, extractor, washing machine and 100 
litres electric water heater.
-Pre-installation for air conditioning in living room and master bedroom.
(The builder is not responsible for the later installation of units, but advise that it 
is convenient to have them installed by the same company who did the
pre-installation)
